1. Go to www.cmevillage.com
2. Click on the “Learning Portal” button
3. Click “CE Certificate” on left hand side (second from the bottom) to evaluate a conference.
4. You will need to Sign in to get to the evaluation:
5. Under Certificate enter the assigned Activity Code for the conference-Click “Submit”
6. Complete the evaluation and choose DONE
7. Enter the correct number of credits –AMA PRA Category 1=CME Credit, choose SUBMIT
8. Click “Print Certificate” or you can access later by visiting our website, Click “Learning Portal”, Sign in at the top of the page and click “Credit History & Past Certificate”.
