PLEASE NOTE: The post activity evaluation will only be available for a 30 day period. Credit will not be issued after the evaluation period has closed.
If using a smart phone to complete your evaluation choose the box with horizontal black lines, scroll down to “CE Certificate” and sign in. If using Google Chrome on a computer (or Firefox on MACbooks) choose “CE Certificate” and sign in.
(New users need to Create an Account-best done on a computer). Use the assigned Activity Code (above), complete the evaluation and submit it. Enter the number of credits you are claiming and choose submit. Either print your certificate or access it or your transcript later via “Learning Portal”.
